By booking a treatment at Aura Belle Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Full payment is due upon completion of the treatment, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations or no-shows may result in the need for a deposit upon rebooking.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before your treatment, and if you are pregnant, consult with your doctor before booking.

Arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment; late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.

Results from treatments may vary and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse service if your behaviour is disruptive or if treatments are deemed unsuitable for you.

Gift vouchers and promotional offers are subject to availability and cannot be redeemed for cash.

All treatments are strictly non-sexual and are intended for wellness and relaxation only. Any anti-social behaviour will result in the termination of your treatment and full payment will be required.
