Frequently asked Questions
Arrival Time?
To ensure a seamless transition into relaxation we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment time.
Please note that since we are a small team there are times when the front door must be locked during a treatment for safety. We will endeavour to have the door open and ready for your arrival at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
If you do arrive and the front door is locked please feel free to enjoy the sun at our garden table setting until the previous treatment is completed.

Can I book a double treatment to share the experience with someone?
We unfortunately cannot perform shared double treatments at this time.
However, we can arrange back to back treatments for you and your guest. We will prepare a complimentary pot of herbal tea, a lovely foot bath and a plush robe to make your wait more enjoyable.
Can I book if I am under 18?
Anyone between the ages of 13 - 17 are welcome to enjoy our range of spa treatments with the written consent of a parent of guardian, this is available on the client card that you will be prompted to fill out upon booking.
Please be aware that anyone under the age of 16 will require a guardian to accompany you to the spa, and anyone under the age of 14 will require that guardian to join you in the treatment room for the entirety of the treatment.
Can children accompany me to my appointment?
We understand that many of our guests have young children, however, due to safety concerns children are not permitted to stay in spa during your appointment. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Spa Attire?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear to your appointment, to ensure you leave feeling totally at ease and relaxed.
Gift Cards?
We offer a range of beautifully designed gift cards that cover our entire range of treatments, as well as a monetary voucher option. These can be purchased in store or over email, for a physical or online voucher.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed in spa.
Remedial massage?
We currently do not offer remedial massage, we are also unable to offer private health rebates at this time.
Pregnancy?
If you are pregnant, congratulations and please share your news with us upon booking so that we can advise a safe, comfortable treatment for you.
We currently do not offer pregnancy massage, however we can perform a lovely facial treatment for you. We will ensure that the treatment bed is propped up for your comfort, and extra pillows and supports are offered to ensure the best experience.
Cancellation Policy?
We understand that things come up and plans may have to change, we are more than happy to rearrange your booking for a later date or time when achievable!
If you wish to cancel your booking we do request this is done at least 48 hours prior to the appointment, to ensure that we have suitable time to fill your spot. We are a small team and every appointment counts, we thank you for your support!
Parking?
There is free street parking at the front of the spa on Fauconshawe street, however if it is too busy on the day of your appointment you are welcome to park in our driveway.
